She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Wignall and Roberta Wignall; and her husband Robert Waters. She is survived by: her sister Cindy (Bob); and her children, Darlene, Cynthia, Robert Jr. (Mary Lou) and Russell (Renée). She is also survived by her grandchildren; and her extensive extended family.
