He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edgar, Joan Wilkinson, Ron and Oneta Ammons. He is survived by: his parents, Joan Ammons (Wilkinson) and John Mouzakis (Daphne Mouzakis); his siblings, Brad Mouzakis, Meghan Ammons and Kailee Ammons; and his grandmother Lorene Mouzakis.
