He was predeceased by: his parents, Bogan Brown and Hallie L. Brown Mills. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Brown; his children, Terrance L. Brown (Lachetis), Crystal E. Smith (Jerrold) and Monique F. Kuester (Dan); his grandchildren, Tia Brown, Kalena Kuester, Ian Kuester, Jarret Smith, Joslyn Smith, Tenando Osborne and Trent Osborne; his brother Floyd E. Brown (Victoria); and his extended family, Tanya Duncan, Monique Scarlett and Xavier Scarlett. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Corinthian Baptist Church (814 School St, Des Moines, IA 50309).
