Stephen Proctor Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Proctor (Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 38. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his uncle Bob Proctor; and his grandparents, Charles, Elizabeth Proctor, Clarence and Doris Haifley.

He is survived by: his parents, Stephen R. Proctor and Sharon Proctor (Haifley); his wife Mandy Peterson; his brother James Proctor; his uncle Charles; his aunts, Karen Proctor and Kay Proctor-McNeeley; and his close friend Terra Kelly. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Stephen.
