Boots in Des Moines, Iowa, born in Alliance, Nebraska, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Boots and Lillian Boots (Blair); his brother-in-law Kim Graham; and his son-in-law Pat Neal. He is survived by: his brother Tom; his wife Jean; his brother Bob Boots (Marcia) of Alliance, NE; his sister-in-law Konnie Graham of Columbia, MO; his daughters, Karla Tinius (Dave) of Lincoln, NE, Brenda Ware-Roge' (Gregor) of Carmi, IL and Tara Neal (Gary Kort) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Sara Gerner (Cory) of DeSoto, KS, John Tinius (Danielle) of Omaha, NE, Thomas Dickey of Phillipstown, Trent Dickey (Chelsey) and Troy; and his great grandchildren, William, Andrew Gerner, Graham Tinius and Patrick Little. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
