He was predeceased by: his parents, John Earl and Gretchen Ann Chase; his parents-in-law, Marian and Norman Hand; and his grandchild Jude Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Penny; his children, Abbie, Steve (Shianne) and John Chase (Cassidy); his grandchildren, Parker Mae and Finn Earl; his sisters, Nancy Stroburg (Jeff), Shery Lint (Terry), Jacky Chase and Cathy Chase; his brother-in-law Dave Barnes (Sandy); and his pet Molly.
Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for a future designation.
