He is survived by: his siblings, Phyllis, Donna, Linda, Mary, Jerry, George, Andy, Sue, Laverne, Curt and Randy; and his sons, TJ, Dustin (Shavonn), Nate (Daelah) and Jordan (Brian). He is also survived by grandchildren, his 11 brothers and sisters.
