He is survived by: his son Tim Acton (Amanda) of Waukee; his grandson Graham Acton; and his siblings, Janis Johnston (Ken) of Inverness, Illinois, David Acton (Stephanie) of Sun Prairie and Patrick Acton (April) of Gladbrook.
