He is survived by: his children, Taylor Fuller, Allison Guenther (James) and Tori Fuller; his grandchildren, Paislee, Waylon and Hudson; his sister Tammy Worthington; and his nieces and nephews, Amber Worthington-Lawless, Ashley Worthington, Trinchen Fuller and Samuel Fuller. He is also survived by several extended family members and dear friends.
