Valentina Voskans Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on July 30, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Valentina Voskans of Des Moines, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Monika Kursitis; her husband Jeff Voskans; her parent Francis Kursitis; and her sisters, Anna and Lucy Kursitis.

She is survived by: her children, Ramona Fairburn (John), Sylvia Crook (Bob) and Jeffrey Voskans (Stacey); her grandchildren, Michael Fairburn, Chris Crook, Jason Crook, John Voskans, Liam McCourt and Melissa Mays; and her siblings, Kazmirs Kursitis, Peters Kursitis (Dzintra), John Kursitis (Sharon), Vitalis Kursitis (Elizabeth) and Antonina Kursitis. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

Due to Covid concerns, no reception will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the American Cancer Society or St. Joseph's Catholic Church.
