It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Vera Head of Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Vera leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Wagner and Louise Wagner (Suess); her son Edward Harley Head; and her husband Harrison Head. She is survived by: her children, Susan Cramer (John), Deborah Gadlin (Maurice) and Brian Head (Ann). She is also survived by six grandchildren, and her two great grandchildren.
