Violet Ayres Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Ayres of Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on December 19, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Fisher and Cora Fisher; her husband Sam; her son Tim; her son-in-law Rick; her siblings, Ricky, Cheryl and Barb; her aunt Lola; and her great grandchildren, Chad and Abigail.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Shelton, Pamela Mckeown and Sharon Lossner (Rod); her brothers, Joe Hollingsworth (Jan) and Bill Fisher (Dottie); and her grandchildren, Sommer Thompson (Tommy), Miranda Mckeown (Daryl), Justin Lossner (Morgan), Nathan Lossner (Ashley) and Blake Lossner (Madisen).
