She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Colony and Vada Colony (Cox); and her pets, Chunkers and Gypsy. She is survived by: her husband Lance Phipps; her daughter Stephanie Gibb; her grandson Dylan Cardwell; her close friends, Patty York and James Brown; and her pets, Jedi, Grace and Boots.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family in loving memory of Ginny.
