He was predeceased by: his parents, James Foley and Julia McNeely; his wife Mary Foley; and his brother Frederick Foley. He is survived by: his son Steven Foley; his daughter-in-law Mary Foley; his sister Carol Foley; and his grandchildren, Jesse Foley (Breanna Barnett), Jonah Foley, Elizabeth Foley, Ella Farnham, Addison Mills, Taylor Mills, Colten Mills and Kennedy Mills.
