He was predeceased by: his mother Iva Northway (Baysinger); and his wife Marilyn Northway. He is survived by: his children, Rick Northway (Stacey), Mark Northway (Kelly), David Northway and Rachelle Adams (Brad); and his grandchildren, Andy, Adam, Kaila, Tricia, Cale, Joel, Morgan, Travis, Garrett, Daniel and Jeremy. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other extended family, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to the Taylor House in Wayne's name.
