He is survived by: his wife Kim Campbell; his children, Korey Campbell (Mykal), Somer Campbell (James Halliburton) and Sydney Quam (James Chapman); his grandchildren, Korey Jr., Hunter, Barrett, Tytan, Leo and Machenzy; and his siblings, Linda Gustafson and Gene Campbell (Dee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family members and friends.
