He was predeceased by: his parents, James Primmer and Lois Primmer (Burrows); his great grandchild Lennox Weitnauer; his brothers, Melvin and Larry Primmer; and his parents-in-law, Josephine and Grover Cue.
He is survived by: his wife Becky of Dewar, IA; his children, Michael Primmer, Gary Primmer of Dewar, IA and JoLynn Primmer-Menuey (Tony) of Raymond, IA; and his sister Diana Robinson of Dunkerton, IA.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories (965 Home Plaza, Waterloo, IA 50701). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memoires Cemetery (3669 Logan Ave, Waterloo, IA 50703).
