He was predeceased by: his parent Anastacio Hernandez Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Guadalupe Hernandez (Carrizalez) of Morrison; his son Daniel Lee (Amberly); and his siblings, Maria Blasdell of Morrison, Carmen Blasdell (Roger) of Albany and Antonio Hernandez (Julie). He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
