He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Sarah Ackerman (Ray) of DeWitt and Diane Stachewicz (Paul) of Lakeville, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Raymond, Kyle Ackerman, Brandon Stachewicz (Angela), Bryce Stachewicz and Elyse Stachewicz; his great grandchild Bradley; and his sister Cynthia Avalos of Ames. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
