He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Keppy and Viola Keppy (Peters); his wife Bev; his brothers, Ralph Jr. and Ned; and his in-laws, Lawrence and Ruby Roehs.
He is survived by: his children, Wendy (Marc VanDeVoorde) and Jeff (Heather); his granddaughters, Jillian and Alene; and his brothers, Allen, Lloyd, Larry and Merle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In honor of Jack's memory, donations are requested for either the Donahue Volunteer Fire Department or the Walcott Hearts and Hands Foundation.
