Jeanne left this world on August 24, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gehrmann and Ethel Gehrmann (Kennedy); her husband David Hartmann; her sons, John and Bill; and her sisters-in-law, Anne (Paul Mardorf) and Linda Hartmann.
She is survived by: her daughter Sue Hartmann (Dave Hammond) of DeWitt; her brother-in-law Tom (Susan Hartmann) of Bellevue, Nebraska; and her grandchildren, Clark, Eddie and Edna. She is also survived by nieces and a nephew, and their children.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the family will be divided among Elvira Zion Lutheran Church, MercyOne Genesis Hospice, and Rescued.
