He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond James Short and Hazel Marie Short (Clark). He is survived by: his children, Anthony Short (Misty) of Low Moor and Laci Pate (Damian); his grandchildren, Bella, Jaylynne, Joseph, Alayna and Aaliyah; and his siblings, Donna Mackin (Joe), Mike Short (Janice) and Cordia Short. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
