He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Borkowski and Anna Borkowski (Bald); his wife Phyllis Borkowski; his brothers, Merlin and Lorell; and his siblings-in-law, Clinton Kienast (Dan Decker) and Mary Kienast.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Hanlon (Kevin), Deb Schlichte (Lyle), Jenny Dayton (Michael) and Patty Borkowski; his granddaughter Danielle MacCarthy (Trevor); his great grandchildren, Joshua and Corwyn Lovell; his grandchildren, Devon Hanlon, Jason Hanlon (Lindsey), Jesse Hanlon, Jerry Hanlon (Todd), Nicole O'Leary (Jason) and Michelle Brobst (Adam); his great grandchildren, CJ, Dexter and Scarlett; his granddaughter Amber Dayton; his siblings, Alerd Borkowski (Judith), Ruth Kovacevic and Irma Tate (Gary); and his sisters-in-law, Jean Borkowski and Judy Borkowski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.
