She was predeceased by: her parents, William Richard and Georgia Omega Blohm (Denham); her husband Robert; her daughter Margaret Wells; and her siblings, Dr. William D Blohm and Thelma J. Vazquez.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Wells (Nancy) of Panora, Mary Jobst (Roy) of Earlham, Susan Weinheimer (Brian) of Creston, Brenda Squillante (Andy) of Southlake Texas and John Wells (Kim) of Earlham; her grandchildren, Luke Wells (Emily), Seth Wells, Megan Pettit (Joel), Joe Wells (Cassie), Jennifer Granzow (Travis), Rob Griffith (Jenn), Heather Jobst, Niki Smith (Ryan), Jodi Winfrey (Matt), Lindsay Ide (Jim), Lauren Knobbe (Ryan), Anthony Squillante (Courtney), Andrea Ivey (Mike), Ashley Whiton (Jeff) and Andrea Haus; and her sister-in-law Connie Wells Weber. She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
