He was predeceased by: his parents, Anita Osburn Russell and Russell; his wife Marcia Louise Anderson; his siblings, Richard "Karl" Russell and Opal Russell; his in-laws, Leon "Swede" and Wilma Anderson; his brothers-in-law, John Anderson, Tom Fisher and Dr. Jim Lucas; and his niece Sheryl Frey Dahm.
He is survived by: his nephew Daniel Lucas; his daughters, Tricia Holmes (Colby), Jennifer Russell, Deborah Russell and Robyn Bickel (Brian); his grandchildren, Katelyn Holmes, Russell Holmes (Sara), Cauy Bickel (Alissa Weinkoetz) and Brady Bickel (Jenna Tlach); his sisters, Evelyn Fisher and Kay Lucas; and his sister-in-law Nancy Davison (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
