It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Rychnovsky (Diagonal, Iowa), born in Creston, Iowa, who passed away on June 3, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Rychnovsky and Ruth Rychnovsky (Cabaret); his wife Reba; his stepfather Ora James; his brother Lawrence Rychnovsky; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Rychnovsky, Verl, Velma Watts and Dale Watts.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Lynn, Steven John, Patty Wilmes (Kieran) of Maryville, MO, Steve Rychnovsky (Barb) of Fairfax Station, VA and Mary Allee (Bob) of Columbia, MO; his grandchildren, Jessa Lynn Spainhower of San Diego, CA, Eric Travis Allee (Solange), Adam Robert Allee and Tyler John Allee; his great grandchildren, Elena Allee of Columbia, MO and Eliza Allee of Columbia, MO; his siblings-in-law, Dean Watts (Nancy) of Peoria, IL and Lenna Watts of Pekin, IL.; and also, Brent Sobotka, Laverne and Carolyn Burtis. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins.
