He is survived by : his wife Carmie Miller; his children, Ashley Atherton (Chad), Lyndsay Terveer (Tim), Mitchell Miller (Amber), Nathan Miller (Jackie), Gabby Miller, Madison Miller (Austin) and Caleb Miller; his grandchildren, Caden, Paisley, Christopher, Aela and Addilyn; and his sisters, Dottie Eldridge, Shyla Colburn, Leala Cain (David), Becky Nixon (Mark), Monica Healy (Brad) and Shelly Lorenzen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives, and many friends.
