The memory of Andrew Walter Heins of Donnellson, Iowa, who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 32, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Kathy VanHyning, Norma Heins and Glen Heins; and his cousins, Amy and Amanda.
He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Heins and Abraham Heins; his parents, Karen Durand (Durand) of Dallas City and Fred Heins of Donnellson, Iowa; his brother Dylan Heins of Donnellson; and his grandfather Bob Durand of Dallas City, Illinois.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Schmitz Funeral Homes - Donnellson (211 Madison Ave, Donnellson, IA 52625).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in his memory for his children's education.
