She is survived by: her mother Barbara Barlow (Westfall); her son Austin Lowry of Charleston; her sister Brenda Felgar (Stan); and her stepbrothers, Tim Casey and Shawn Casey. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
