“Jack Sapp was my superintendent/principal when I began my career in education at the Hedrick, lowa school district as a sixth-grade teacher and head varsity football coach in 1982. Mr. Sapp was an outstanding school administrator and ethical leader who adhered to the Golden Rule. He treated everyone with dignity and respect. Mr. Sapp was a man of integrity who led by example and should be remembered as a credit to education. -Steve Meinen, Sioux Falls, South Dakota”
