She was predeceased by : her parents, Lee Roy and Bernice L. Shidler Fread; her former life partner James B. Bailey of Mt. Pleasant; and her brothers, Kenneth Fread (Patricia), Terry Fread (Sandra), Bentley Fread (Lorraine) and Keith Fread.

She is survived by : her husband Navy; and her daughters, Deborah Bailey (Sam Strange) of Donnellson and Sandra Smith (Greg) of Ft. Madison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in-law.
