He is survived by: his parent Alyssa Slade; his brother Charlie Shearer; his grandparents, Gary and Kristi Baker; his great-grandparents, Joanne Baker and Arlis Vande Kamp; his aunt Ashley Lewis; his uncle Dale Lewis; his cousins, Farrah Presthus (Alex), Jackson Lewis, Joanna Lewis and Mason Lewis; Lennon Slade. He is also survived by many Great-Aunts and Uncles; and other extended family.
