He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Metcalf and Vivian Metcalf (Rhoda); his son Daniel Metcalf; and his siblings, Pat Chute, William "Bill" and Simon Metcalf.
He is survived by: his wife Debora Steele; his children, David Metcalf (Brandie) of Douds, Andrew Metcalf (Dawn) of St Charles and Hannah Metcalf of Libertyville; his siblings, John Metcalf (Margie), Matt Metcalf (Charolette), Steve Metcalf (Rhonda) and Juanita Newborn; his grandchildren, Jaclyn, Courtney, Tyrone, CarryE, Daniel, Tory, Jess and Taten; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Colt, Phoenix and Priscilla.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cranston Family Funeral Home-Keosauqua (1517 Broad St, Keosauqua, IA 52565). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
