She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bennett and Klara Bennett (Stringham); her husband Robert Eriksen; her sister Ardeth Kocourek; her siblings-in-law, Frank Kocourek, Herbert Eriksen, Norman Eriksen, Gary Smit, Robert Kniesley, Dorothy Eriksen, Marlene Eriksen and Sonja Kniesley; and her nieces and nephews, Margaret Eriksen, Erica Kniesley, Nancy Bakker, Roger Eriksen and Jeremy Hanson.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Eriksen (Linda) of Grimes and Andrea Crowl (Greg) of Clarion; her grandsons, Christian Fisher (Mandy) of Hull and Erik Fisher (Emily) of Norwalk; and her great grandchildren, Thayden Fisher, Ian Fisher, Adeleine Fisher, Quinn Fisher, Tegan Fisher and Tate Fisher.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family requests that you honor Iris's memory by visiting an elderly person, returning your shopping cart, unplugging appliances not in use, eating all the food that you put on your plate, tending your garden, respecting the U.S. flag, and showing compassion for those going through hard times.
