He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Howard (Barling). He is survived by: his father Homer Howard of Dows; his daughters, Rebel, Caitlyn and Lynzie; his brother James Howard of Dows; and his close friend Shannon Sturgeon of Dows. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
