He is survived by: his wife Erma Maturan Labolabo of Dubuque, IA; his pet Koko; his children, Tara Henry (Joe) of Waverly, IA, Jayson Schlarmann of Waterloo, IA and Heather Haas of Dubuque, IA; his grandchildren, Hadley, Hayden, Harlowe, Isabella, Brendyn, Ryleigh, Kyler, Carter and Delaney; and his siblings, Dennis Schlarmann, Dale Schlarmann (Julie), Sandy Birch (Dick), Brian Schlarmann (Arli), Marlene Hying (Greg), Mike Schlarmann (Sharon) and Barb Stoughton (Doug).
