She was predeceased by: her parents, Joyce "Joe" Hurst and Pearl Hurst (Almquist); her husband Robert "Bob" Phillips, Sr.; and her siblings, Manley, Richard, Donald, Joyce and Shirley.
She is survived by: her son Michael Phillips (Amy) of Lima; her grandsons, Noah and Josiah; her daughter Susan Rehfeldt (Bob) of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Ryan Rehfeldt, Emily Canfield (Mike) and Taylor Rehfeldt; her sons, Mark Phillips of Dubuque and Bob Phillips, Jr.; her grandchildren, Chad (Marissa) and Dyllon (Morgan); and her brother Bob Hurst (Micki). She is also survived by Six great grand children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, The family would like to thank Hospice for their care and support.
