She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wagner and Lorraine Wagner (Thomas); her siblings, Rita Bemis (Harry), Jeanann Mullen (Clem), Marilyn Kass, Jean Wagner and Richard Wagner; and her siblings-in-law, Katy Wagner and Roy Billings.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Wagner, Patricia Billings, David Wagner (Judy) and Denis Wagner (Kathy); her brother-in-law Wilbur Kass; and her nephew Franciscan.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clare House Chapel, Mount St. Francis Center (3340 Windsor Ave, Dubuque, IA 52001).
