She is survived by: her husband Richard Ewers Sr. of Dubuque, IA; her children, Jeannette Holzinger (Michael) of Marion, IA and Richard "Rick" Ewers Jr. (Barbara) of Belleville, IL; her grandchildren, Ryan Ewers (Hannah), Rylie Ewers and Raegan Ewers; her great grandchildren, Jameson and Oliver; and her sisters, Rita Hickey (Tim) of Montrose, IA and Ruth Lorenson (Alfred) of Monroe City, MO.
