She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver and Mary F. Merz (Garrett); her children, Mary Ernzen and Jimmy McDermott; her sons-in-law, Axel Seikola, Jim Ernzen and Dean Neuhaus; and her siblings, Gloria Cockrell, Oliver Merz Jr., Joe Merz, Betty Vogt, Carol Henkel and Bob Kirkpatrick.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Theisen (Tom), Sandy Neuhaus (Terry Fortmann), Joe McDermott (Kerri), Jackie Seikola (Tom Friederick), Tom McDermott (Sheonna), Bill McDermott (Colleen), Dan McDermott (Melissa) and Edward McDermott; and her siblings, Diane Bradbery, Donny Merz, Janice Peil, Sue Lopez (Vince), Terry Merz (Carol), Nancy Hermsen (Dennis) and Dennis Merz. She is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
