It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carl Anglin of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on December 5, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Anglin and Agnes Anglin (Laughlin); his wife Luane Blasen; his son Kenneth Anglin; and his siblings, John "Jack" Anglin, Doris Alt and Joanne Heiderscheit.
He is survived by: his children, David Anglin of Augusta, IL, James Anglin (Rose) of Longwood, FL, Thomas Anglin of Iowa City, IA, Karen Rausch (Rick) of Dubuque, IA, Philip Anglin of Columbia, MD and John Anglin (Jennifer) of Epworth, IA; his grandchildren, Elissa Reiner (Nick), Dana Morgan (Dave), Garret Anglin, Megan Grant (Josh), Chris Anglin, Chelsea Barbieri (Tony), Ryan Seeley (Lena Surdez), Katie Kane (Terry), Samantha Walker, Carson Anglin and Charley Anglin; and his sister-in-law Laverne Anglin. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Columbkille's Catholic Church (1240 Rush St, Dubuque, IA 52003). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
