She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard C. Smothers and Maxalinda M. Smothers (Carroll); her siblings, Rick, Fred Smothers and Wanda Ortiz; her siblings-in-law, Rose Smothers, Donald Ward, Saul Ortiz and Billy Puccio; her grandchildren, Ryan Schlarmann and Danielle White Canfield; and her siblings' children, Tammy Edgar and Ricky Smothers.
She is survived by: her former spouse Glenn R. Canfield; her children, Patty Garner (Doug), Glenn Canfield (Elise), David Canfield, Sharon Schlarmann (Mike) and Chris Canfield (Tina); her grandchildren, Stacey, Mike, Brian (Marcia), Doug (Maggie), Kyle (Jacklyn), Cole (Jalyn), Amelia (Andrew), Adam, Michael (Beth), Joshua (Amanda), Alyssa (Nate) and Jase; her great grandchildren, Martin, Andrea (Tim), Hannah, Kayla, Alexis, Kylee, Hayley, Chloe, Caleb, Jax, Nora, Alex, Mason, Makayla, Dominic, Lacey, Rhaella, Kylaina and Liam; her great great grandchildren, Lillian and Isabell; her siblings, Eleanor Ward, Gert Frommelt (Mark), Linda Davis (Clem), Donna Haberkorn (Dick), Janet Smith, Butch Smothers and Curran Smothers (Lynn); and her sister-in-law Pat Smothers.
