She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ploessl and Lois Ploessl (Kennedy); her daughter Billie Jo; and her close friend Neil Winger. She is survived by: her children, Peggy Jo Blackburn of Dubuque and Robert Blackburn of Dubuque. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, three brothers, and four sisters.
