She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Sitzmann and Virginia Sitzmann (Howe); her husband Alvin Petitgout; and her siblings, Doug, Pete, Georgia Sitzmann and Bill Hendricks.
She is survived by: her sons, Cory (Tracy), Jeremy (Angela) and Jody Behlke; her grandchildren, Brandon (Pam), Ben (Lilly), Grace, Lydia and Shayden Behlke; her siblings, Suzanne Riedl (Tom), Jenny Snyder (Ron), Vickie Cole (Terry), Sally Reich (Don), Audrey Dittmar and John Sitzmann (Rik); and her stepsiblings, Connie Hendricks and Gary Hillary (Shari).
