Roeder of Dubuque, Iowa, born in Bellevue, Iowa, who passed away on December 7, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Roeder and Gladys Roeder (DeCook); and his siblings, Tom Roeder and Margaret "Peggy" Schroeder (Jim). He is survived by: his siblings, James Roeder (Denise) and Rose Jackson (Vern). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
