He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Catherine LeGrand; his children, Davey Smith, Doug Smith and Terry Macke (Dave); and his stepchildren, Dana Moroze (Ben), Doug LeGrand (Deb) and Natasha Ricke (Jason). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
