She is survived by: her brother Gary Fortmann of Burien, WA; her sister-in-law Ruth Fortman of Bettendorf, IA; and her nieces and nephews, Dan Goedken (Karen), Randy Tigges (Karen), Greg Fortman, Troy Fortmann (Kris), Scott Fortmann (Linda), Sherry White, Kay Fain, Pam Heinz (Steve), Judi Jenaman, Carrie Fortman, Robin Potratz (Bryan), Paula Fortman, Lyn Fortmann, Lea Fortmann (Mark Giangiordano) and Kalani Goedken.
