With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Decker of Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on September 9, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Dennis departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Dennis may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Dennis leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Decker and Janice Decker (Farni); and his brother Donald Decker. He is survived by: his son Justin Otto of West Union, IA; his sisters, Debra Reiff (Bernie) of Farley, IA and Doris Roeth (Larry) of Dubuque, IA; and his close friend Pam Daughetee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
