We are sad to announce that, on April 3, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Dorothea Giese of Dubuque, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bauer and Mabel Bauer (Rooney); her husband William Giese; and her sister Phyllis Wagner. She is survived by: her children, Tom Giese (Paula) of Dubuque and Connie Clay (Kim) of Davenport, IA; and her grandchildren, Matthew Giese of Dubuque, Jon Wolf (Jordan) of Urbandale, IA, Jenny Peters (Ryan) of Grimes, IA and Stephanie Meyers (Kevin) of Dubuque. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Dubuque and Stonehill Care Center.
