He is survived by: his children, Julie Ely (John) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Michael Mott of Cedar Rapids, IA, Randy Mott of Peosta, IA and Kristi Erhart (Ryan) of Marion, IA.; and his siblings, Roger Mott and Mercele Kaduce. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Church of the Resurrection.
